Payment
All transactions are processed via Paypal in pounds sterling. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service. You will be given a choice at checkout of paying via Paypal or with a debit or credit card.
UK Orders
We aim to ship the majority of products within 7 working days. If for any reason an item is not in stock or unavailable we will notify you and offer you a full refunded.
International Orders
If you live outside the UK and wish to purchase items please contact us directly so we can provide you with a cost for international shipping.
Returns
If you buy something from our site and you a) change your mind b) just don’t like it c) think it’s faulty please return it to us within 14 days of receiving it.
Returns shall only be accepted if the product is received undamaged and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the product shall be your responsibility. You will also be responsible for ensuring the product is packaged and posted appropriately. We cannot not be held is responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund your initial payment within 7 days (minus the original costs of P&P).
