We ship orders to over 200 countries worldwide from our studio in Liverpool in the UK.
Business as usual for our USA customers
We are shipping all orders to the US with duties paid (DDP). This means that there will be no nasty surprises (or demands for additional payments) on delivery of your parcel.
USA customers may be aware that President Trump signed an executive order which removed the ‘de minimise’ exemption for all goods imported in the US from 29 August 2025. This had previously allowed goods valued at $800 or less to enter the US without incurring any tariffs.
To avoid disruption to our USA customers, from the 29th August 2025 we will be shipping all orders to the States with duties paid (DDP). This means the amount you pay at checkout is final and you will not be presented with demands for additional payments on delivery of your parcel.

Good news for our EU customers
We are registered in the EU Import One Stop Shop scheme (IOSS) which allows us to collect and pay taxes on all EU orders under €150 (£125) at checkout. This avoids our EU customers being presented with any unexpected charges on delivery, and will speed up parcels being processed through customs when they reach their destination country.
Orders over the €150 (£125) threshold are not part of this scheme and may incur import taxes and extra charges upon delivery. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us here and we will be happy to help.
Our registration in the scheme took effect from midnight on 26th November, 2021
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You will be given a choice at checkout of paying by card, PayPal or Apple Pay. If you would prefer to pay by card over the phone please call us.
We accept international payments. All transactions are processed in GBP sterling. If you are buying from outside the UK your international card provider or bank will determine the exchange rate used for converting GBP into your local currency.
All transactions are encrypted by SSL and are processed securely. Our site has achieved PCI Compliance which means we have met payment card security standards set by major credit card issuers to protect personal information.
Shipping
We ship internationally. Please visit our Shipping & Delivery page for further information about shipping options and for advice about what to do if your order is late or arrives damaged.
Returns
If you buy something from our site and you a) change your mind b) just don't like it or c) think it's faulty please return it to us within 30 days of receiving it. To arrange a return please contact us.
Returns shall only be accepted if the product is received undamaged and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the product shall be your responsibility. You will also be responsible for ensuring the product is packaged and posted appropriately. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to any returned product. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund your initial payment within 7 days (minus the original costs of P&P).
